The changes that the pelvic floor undergoes throughout life, can manifest itself in the form of various anatomical alterations.

In men, we find a reality less addressed at a multidisciplinary level but we are witnesses that the pelvic floor is also frequently affected after simple or complex surgeries (e.g. complicated prostatic hyperplasia, or prostatectomy after prostate cancer diagnosis), musculofascial alterations of the pelvic floor (e.g., prostatic hyperplasia, or prostatectomy after prostate cancer diagnosis). ...manifest themselves in the form of incontinence, sexual dysfunctions or chronic local / pelvic pain.
